The Alliterated Bible

OUR RETURN POLICY
[read the note at the end about purchasing the rights to "The Alliterated Bible"]

We have a strict NO return policy. There are valid reasons for this. Early on a few individuals ordered the outlines and then demanded their money back from the author. One such individual later wrote that he had copied them to his computer before asking for the return of his money. He later sent the author a check for even more than the cost, and asked for forgiveness. He suggested that the author should have a 'no return policy' because it was just too easy for those lacking ethics to take advantage and that the outlines were worth more than the price he was asking.

In discussing this with the author he stated that he had a number of others who suggested the same thing. Therefore, in cooperation with the author, we have adopted this policy. There is no way we can know if a person is trying to defraud and this just makes good business sense.

The Alliterated Bible is the author's retirement and we are trying to look after his interests. We are sorry if this causes you any hardship. If you have any suggestion about the outlines you may contact the author at "author@alliteratedbibleoutlines.com". Any problems obtaining the binder, the CD or accessing the outlines online should be directed to us (the author's marketing company) at "support@alliteratedbibleoutlines.com" for help.

A NOTE TO POTENTIAL PURCHASERS: The Alliterated Bible was written for you and with you in mind. You are the only group who will be purchasing it. So, before you write him asking for a discount remember that there was almost 30 years of work involved in putting The Alliterated Bible together.

PRICING: The price of The Alliterated Bible is based on two primary things: (a) Normally, the cost of a product is based on similar products. Since there is not another product on the market like The Alliterated Bible the cost was evaluated in consideration of what the targeted market can handle. (b) Not having any competition to speak of, we used Microsoft and other unique products as guidelines for establishing a price. As with most unique products the costs run high at first and then stabilize alongside similar other products that appear on the market. Our decision to approach the author to take over the marketing was based on a unique process of surveys. We came away confident that we do not expect to see much if any competition in this area for years to come. [ABO Marketing]

NOTE: For anyone interested in purchaing the rights to THE ALLITERATED BIBLE, here are our stats since going online November 7, 2005. The Alliterated Bible has generated over $25,000 in profit each year. This is above all expenses such as advertising, printing, CD's, maintaining the websites, etc.
Currently we have three offers which we are not considering. The first was for $50,000.00, the second was for $100,00.00 and the third was for $110,000.00 (last two from same company). While this may sound like a good deal, it pales in comparison to the life of the copyright, 75 years. It does not take a financial genius to know that even at current profits, the product could produce $1,875,000.00. That's $1.875 million. These figures are based on the following:
  • 98% of income came from our three websites on the Internet alone - cost: $189.00 per year;
  • 2% of this income came from advertising in Christian magazines - 3 months per year - cost $800.00 per year;
  • Advertising with Goodle 'AdWords' produced 0% - cost $325.00.
As you can see we make a very good profit with not much expense. The product sells itself. Projections by a number of publishers put the potential earnings of "The Alliterated Bible" over the next 75 years, when printed in book form, from $5 - $15 million
Of course there have been a myrid of guys who want to go into business with us. We do not entertain such offers.

If there is someone interested in purchasing the rights to "The Alliterated Bible" you will have to start at $1 million. We are perfectly satisfied generating the income over the next 75 years. We do plan on looking into publishing.
